AUREA Second Life garments are not presented as new products if they have been previously used.

Before putting them up for sale, we check their condition to ensure they can still be used correctly. In each product's description, where applicable, we will indicate:

  • reason for inclusion in Second Life,
  • possible prior use,
  • minor visible defects or details,
  • whether original tag or packaging is retained,
  • illustrative photos of the actual condition.

Indicative conditions

To facilitate your purchase, products may be classified indicatively according to their condition:

Immaculate display item
Item displayed, tried on, or used to showcase the collection, with no noticeable signs of wear.

Lightly used
Item occasionally used in-store, for content, or display, inspected and in good condition.

Minor detail
Item with an imperfection indicated in the product description, such as a mark, rub, missing packaging, or aesthetic detail.

Last chance
Item with a specially adjusted price due to condition, season, final unit, or clearance.
